Formed in 1970 by Jim Hughes, RNW began trading from a small building on an industrial estate in Chester, offering discounted appliances to the trade with a friendly customer first policy.

Scroll forward to the present day and other than size and scale, not a whole lot’s changed.

We now deliver nationwide, hold £5 million pounds of stock and work from 100,000 square ft of warehousing, but our core values of customer first still remain and we are the friendliest (and largest) family owned appliances distributor in the Northwest. We pride ourselves on offering a first rate service and delivering the right goods at the right price - so you our customer can make the right profit.
